The Elevator is OPEN for Business
The modernization of the Crestwood elevator is COMPLETE. Feel free to use the elevator.
Monday Carpet Cleaning
Crestwood stairs, landings and hallways, and first-floor tile will be cleaned MONDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2020 between 9 am and 8 pm.
Updates to Fire Alarm for Elevator Modernization
The required fire system update for the elevator modernization has been COMPLETED. This upgrade is necessary for the elevator to pass inspection and return to service.
Pressure Washing the Garage
Both Crestwood garages will be pressure washed Thursday, 10/22/20. Vehicles must be relocated from 8 AM – 5 PM. The Cathedral of Saint Philip park lot is available.
Updates to the External Lanterns
The HOA updates and modernizes the external lighting with photocells and high-efficiency LEDs.
Mailboxes Repaired
UPDATE 8/18/2020 – Mailbox panel has been repaired and mail is being delivered.
Recycling Bin Update
An accounting error at Waste Management (our waste and recycling provider) has been corrected so pickup service for the recycling bin has resumed.
Emergency Lights Upgraded
The emergency lights throughout Crestwood have been updated with new units and replaced light bulbs.

The Crestwood community mourns the tragic death of George Floyd acknowledging the social injustice of black Americans and people of color in this country.

Skylights Repair – Letting Just The Light In
The Crestwood HOA Board is doing a checkout on the skylights in the public areas and repairing any leaks.
New Pipes for Crestwood, Takes Down the Pressure
Crestwood got new pipes. The HOA Board completes a renovation on the watershed fixing an old and failing pipe junction which sets the water pressure in the building to the right level.
