An accounting error at Waste Management (our waste and recycling provider) has been corrected so pickup service for the recycling has resumed.
It’s hard to miss the overflowing recycling bin. Yet the trash bin was getting emptied. This was odd since both are serviced by Waste Management.
Thanks to the investigative tenacity of an HOA Board member it was determined checks were being sent to Waste Management yet our account had not been properly credited. The good news is this situation has been rectified and service will resume. We’re told it will restart next week.
A big THANK-YOU to those following the policies and procedure and breaking down boxes before depositing in the recycling and trash bins. And a friendly reminder to those who haven’t, please take a few seconds to break down your boxes.
