UPDATE 9/14/2020: The elevator has been repaired!
On Friday, 9/11/2020, the elevator stalled. It was late in the evening but within a few hours, the elevator tech made an emergency onsite visit. To repair the elevator a special part had to be ordered.
We hope to have the part delivered and installed as soon as possible. We’ll keep everyone posted on the progress and when the elevator is back online
Over a year ago the HOA initiated an elevator replacement project. Within the next few months, the elevator will be completely replaced. The HOA has worked hard so the new elevator will not increase the homeowner dues or require a special assessment.
This recent issue confirms we are moving in the right direction for the replacement of the elevator.
