UPDATE 8/18/2020 – Mailbox panel has been repaired and mail is being delivered.
The left mailbox panel is broken due to a broken key. This means the post office cannot access mailboxes for 101 – 301 and cannot deliver mail to these boxes. Mailboxes in the right panel are fine.
Since the mailboxes are property of the US Post Office, only they have jurisdiction to repair issues (not the HOA). As the Post Office works on the resolution, here are ways to get your mail.
Leave your mailbox open
If you leave your mailbox unlocked and slightly open, the post-person will deliver your mail and then shut the door.
Mail at Roswell Rd. Post office
With your ID, you can get your mail at the post on Roswell Rd. at the following address.
