UPDATE – The Peach Shopping Center walkway is OPEN. The construction is DONE.
A construction project is partially blocking the path to the Peach Shopping Center. You can still use it, but you’re forced to take a detour up some earthen stairs and over a drainage grid. So it’s a bit awkward to transverse especially if carrying bags of groceries from Publix.
We’ve learned that Georgia Power is doing transformer maintenance on a power vault that sits on both Crestwood and Concorde properties. This work requires a crane so they’ve created a temporary road and ramp to move in the crane.
The good news is the work is supposed to be done by November 22, 2019.
In case you don’t know the code to the gate is 2828. The pad with the sticking keys has been replaced.
