The Crestwood HOA Board aims to address behind the scenes stuff before they can blossom into big issues. Installing a ladder in the roof air conditioner pit is just one of the ways the Board strives to nip problems in the bud.
Without this inexpensive addition, contractors could be tempted to use an air conditioning unit as a step ladder to climb on the roof. One does not have to be an HVAC expert to know they were not made to support the weight of a full grown adult. Not to mention it’s risky.
