On 10/12/2018 Crestwood got new pipes. Well, at least new pipe connections.
Everyone’s had plumbing issues and had to deal with the ancient pipes in the watershed in the font of the building. The pipes were old and leaking and getting worse. So before disaster strikes the Crestwood HOA did a pipe renovation on the watershed.
The real benefit to the new pipe system is that it sets the water pressure in the building at the right level.
